Demo dish: Sweet crepes
Born in Canada, Steve's culinary journey started at an early age in his family's catering business.
Moving out of the family fold, he went on to enjoy an international career opening 5-star hotels around the world for Sheraton International and the Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
Following a chance meeting with Gordon Ramsay, he moved to the UK to work alongside Gordon in his various catering ventures, and later with Michael Wignall at The Latymer Restaurant, Pennyhill Park, where the team achieved 4 AA rosettes.
Whilst working freelance at Ascot, Steve met Simon Cowell which lead to many years on call as his private chef.
Later Steve was appointed Executive Head Chef at McLaren, a position he held for four successful years, which included a period as the personal nutritionist for Lewis Hamilton.
Steve's latest venture is an aptly named private catering company, Tremblay's, which offers bespoke catering for private and company parties, lunches and events.
