David is a classically trained chef who studied at Tante Marie Culinary Academy. After graduating, he held two senior patissier roles at the academy and local patisserie, Le Papillon.
In his spare time, David's infatuation with chocolate led to long hours of self-taught practise, culminating in creative showpieces. He delights in making stunning chocolates with amazing flavours and beautiful designs.
David, who lives locally, now runs his own chocolate business under his own name. His expertise has generated a second job as a macaron and chocolate tutor. His furthest teaching and demonstrating job led him all the way to Lake Michigan, USA!
