Room for an extra course? Pick up some tasty top tips at our Bite-size Talks presented by a selection of local food and drink experts, and hosted by Hersha Patel, host of YouTube channel 'Cook with a Little Indian'.

Located in a marquee in Gloucester Square, outside Woking Borough Council's Civic Offices, hear from local experts about their success stories and pick up some of their trade secret top tips – great takeaway skills to wow family and friends at a later date!

The informal 15-minute talks also offer you the chance to ‘ask the expert’ questions.

All bite-size talks are free and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

Ella Mills (aka Deliciously Ella) will kick off the festival in style. The healthy eating entrepreneur and blogger will be giving a keynote speech and hosting a private book signing of her new book, 'Deliciously Ella The Plant-Based Cookbook', at the 'Inspiring women in food' breakfast on Friday 31 August, starting at 8am.
