Kentucky pulled lamb - dry rubbed shoulders smoked for 8 hours and served with mint, coriander, and cucumber salsa, white Alabama bbq sauce. Served on rice or in a wrap.
Beef short rib - dry rubbed beef short ribs, smoked and smothered in a homemade sauce. Served off the bone with red slaw and jalapenos.
Street Riot Box - all smoked meats with all toppings. Served on rice.
