We are looking for Woking-based and regional specialist food and drink producers, restaurants and cafes to exhibit at the third consecutive Woking Food and Drink Festival 2015 from Friday 4 to Sunday 6 September 2015.
This sizzling free, three-day event will be held in Jubilee Square and across Woking Town Centre will host over 70 food and drink stalls.
Last year’s event attracted in excess of 60,000 visitors and featured:
Frances Quinn (BBC Bake Off Winner 2013), Jack Stein (Executive Chef for Stein Restaurants), Sabrina Ghayour (author and TV chef) and Neil Rankin (Great British Menu 2014 contestant)

Again, taking centre stage in 2015 will be the Tante Marie Culinary Academy Theatre, a purpose-built, professional cookery demonstration stage featuring live gourmet demos delivered by prestigious chefs and restaurant owners.
Exhibitor stalls
Exhibitor stalls will be 3m x 3m waterproof marquees.
All stalls will be erected before and dismantled after the event on behalf of the exhibitors by event management company (Do You Love Food).
Exhibitor stalls are priced on a 3-day hire only and according to the nature of the exhibitor’s business.
Electric cabling and sockets will incur additional charges. Exhibitors are requested to outline their electrical requirements when submitting a booking.
Exhibitor costs
Food and Drink Exhibitors. Stall hire cost: £275 + VAT
Catering – exhibitors wishing to sell food and drink for consumption on-site. (Please note: all disposable packaging and cutlery must be recyclable and/or biodegradable.) Stall hire cost: £420 + VAT
Local Producers – food and drink producers who make their products and are based within a 20-mile radius of the venue. Stall hire cost: £150 + VAT
Local Catering – exhibitors wishing to sell food and drink for consumption on-site who are based within a 20-mile radius of the venue. (Please note: all disposable packaging and cutlery must be recyclable and/or biodegradable.) Stall hire cost: £250 + VAT
