Book signing: with Chris Bavin, presenter of BBC1's Eat Well for Less?

Chris is the presenter of BBC1’s hugely successful series Eat Well For Less? with Gregg Wallace and co-founder of The Naked Grocer, a retail business that was twice voted ‘National Independent Retailer of the Year’. He has a great interest in farming and all areas of fresh produce and earlier this year Chris's debut cookbook, 'Good Food: Sorted', was published by Dorling Kindersley.

Book signing: with Martha Collinson, Great British Bake Off quarter finalist, columnist and author

Martha is a self-taught baker who started cooking at the age of eight. She was the youngest ever baker on The Great British Bake Off (2014). She now writes and creates recipes for various purposes, including a weekly column in Waitrose Weekend paper and for her own food blog. Her first book, 'TWIST', came out in 2016; and her latest book, 'CRAVE', in July 2017, both published by HarperCollins.

One of the strongest voices in Middle Eastern food today, Sabrina’s debut cookbook, 'Persiana', was awarded ‘Best New Cookbook’ at the Observer Food Monthly awards 2014 and ‘Book of the Year’ at the 2015 Food & Travel Awards. Her latest book, 'Bazaar', brings her trademark passion for strong flavours and simple ingredients to a collection of delicious vegetarian recipes.
