Adding some sizzle to the festival will be the Broil King BBQ Demonstration Stage, located in Commercial Way (next to Boots retail unit).
If you thought BBQ fayre was the sole domain of the burger and sausage, then think again as expert chefs and presenters, Clover Hutson and Stephanie Moon, will inspire, entertain and inform you.
On each of the festival days, the FREE drop in sessions will demonstrate how to BBQ fish and how to create gourmet burgers with all the fixings, BBQ desserts, BBQ side dishes and create the perfect marinades.
For those wishing to experience the 'thrill of the grill' for themselves, there will be FREE cook-along opportunities for individuals and couples who are inspired to ‘have a go’ by cooking alongside the chefs to create their own BBQ masterpieces!
Each BBQ cook-along session will have four BBQ stations available, which can accommodate two people per station.

How to book
To check availability and make an advance booking, please select your chosen workshop in the table below and click on the name.
The links will take you to an online booking system (Eventbrite) where you can make your reservation free of charge. Online bookings will close on Wednesday 31 August at 12noon.
Advanced bookings are advised to avoid disappointment and are subject to terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions:
- Spaces are free and reserved on a first come, first served basis.
- Subject to availability, bookings may be taken on each day of the festival; advance booking is advised and a reserve list will not be recorded in the lead up to the festival.
- Failure to show up in good time for the workshops will result in your place(s) being cancelled and transferred to an on-the-day reserve list.
- Multiple bookings will be allowed, but may be refused due to demand.
- All bookings are accepted at the discretion of Woking Food and Drink Festival and its decision is final.
- Each entrant must sign a disclaimer before the workshops take place.
