Daniel is the Head Chef of the newly refurbished White Horse in Hascombe near Godalming. Passionate about local produce he won Surrey Life's Food and Drink Award for Best Local Menu in 2015.
Daniel Britten’s career took off when he reached the quarter finals of BBC’s MasterChef in 2008. This inspired him to achieve his ambition and he gained a Cordon Bleu Diploma at Tante Marie Culinary Academy in Woking. Venturing out into restaurant industry, Daniel gained invaluable experience from some great head chefs.
