After working for over 15 years within the catering industry, Thierry has had the pleasure of working alongside the likes of Albert Roux (Brasserie Roux Heathrow T5 and Roux at Parliament Square), Herbert Berger (1 Lombard Street), Michel Roux Jr (Le Gavroche and Roux at Parliament Square) and most recently Pierre Koffmann at The Berkeley Hotel.
His love of wine, food and high class service is what he is passionate about and sharing this with his customers is what makes him tick.
Cellar Magneval is a sophisticated and welcoming wine bar café based in Woking town centre, which offers fine wines, aperitif and its very own cheese trolley, all served by a fine dining service.
Since opening its doors in November 2013, Cellar has gone from strength to strength and it has opened an additional site in Fleet, Hampshire.
