Myles Williamson

Talk: Saturday 2 September, 12.30pm

Cookery writer and food stylist Myles Williamson is a Tante Marie Culinary Academy alumnus who worked as a chef for many years before changing direction to work in London's food media world, where he's been on staff at BBC Good Food and spent three years as Assistant Food Editor at Waitrose Food magazine. He now works freelance as a food stylist, writer, editor and chef for many more leading food publications, cookbook publishers and brands.

Myles also runs a seasonal supper club, Pelican Canteen with his colleague Katie Marshall, where they combine their love of research and exploration to create exciting menus inspired by hard-to-find cuisines.

His obsession with cooking from scratch and not wasting a scrap, invades much of his free time, where he transforms work leftovers, bakes bread, churns butter, and brews all manner of homemade concoctions.
