About Claire

Claire has been cooking for over 20 years, but it is probably fair to say that her love of amazing food spans her whole life. Both Claire and her mum, Sue Alexander, were the life-blood of one of the country’s top culinary academies, Tante Marie.

Claire’s unique view of food and flavour combinations is what allows her to be an innovative recipe creator, food styling perfectionist and one hell of a demonstrator.

Claire’s exuberant creative flair, natural good humour and genuine enthusiasm for great food and presentation, motivates and encourages confidence in everyone she meets.

Her favourite word, which she frequently uses is: 'Deliciousness' and when she is not busy inspiring people, cajoling or picking on Al Brady, Claire will no doubt be listening to music, hanging out with her family and friends or chasing her four year old daughter, Poppy, around.
