Ben will be demonstating in the Tante Marie Culinary Academy Theatre at 3pm on Saturday 5 September. On the menu will be: Beef fillet with root vegetables, tartare salsa and bourguignon sauce.

London House Restaurant has gone from strength-to-strength since it opened its doors in April 2011 with the restaurant named in the prestigious Michelin Guide within its first year.

Ben is the former Head of Hospitality at Woking-based McLaren, semi-finalist of BBC’s MasterChef 2010: The Professionals, and owner of London House restaurant in Old Woking.

Ben’s approach to food is simple, full of flavours and modern in presentation. The seasonal menus and wine lists are carefully crafted to showcase the best produce and flavours for the time of year. In line with London House’s ethos, a significant amount of time is dedicated to researching and sourcing quality ingredients, including using small vineyards for its wines in order to deliver a bespoke and exclusive experience.
