Daniel Britten

Daniel will be demonstating in the Tante Marie Culinary Academy Theatre at 1pm on Friday 4 September. On the menu will be: roast crown of wood pigeon with broad beans and chanterelles.

Daniel Britten’s career in cooking took off when he reached the quarter finals of BBC’s MasterChef in 2008. This inspired him to achieve his ambition and he gained a Cordon Bleu Diploma at Tante Marie Culinary Academy in Woking.

Venturing out into restaurant industry, Daniel gained invaluable experience from some great head chefs. In 2013 Daniel was given the opportunity to open his own restaurant Britten’s, in the heart of Guildford. This is where you will find him expressing his talent and creativity with exquisitely presented food and championing his passion for locally sourced seasonal produce, ensuring that every plate of food will delight the eyes and the taste buds!
