Sue-Lee will be demonstating in the Tante Marie Culinary Academy Theatre at 12pm on Friday 4 September. On the menu will be: Pan fried scallops with sweetcorn fritters, corn puree, charred corn and chorizo.

Sue-Lee is the Executive Chef of The Restaurant at Tante Marie based in Woking having previously been a senior instructor at the Academy. Prior to this, she was the Head Chef for Absolute Taste’s corporate hospitality operations at McLaren.

Sue-Lee’s fresh approach can be seen in her exciting menus at The Restaurant at Tante Marie. The menus are constantly evolving and changing, with specials coming from the Academy upstairs, a vibrant and fun lunch menu and a slightly more formal dinner menu, which showcases serious technical cookery skill!

The Restaurant at Tante Marie brings a unique and fresh dining experience to life. Its award-winning restaurant is situated within the Tante Marie Culinary Academy – one of the world’s leading cookery schools and The Restaurant at Tante Marie is staffed by graduates of the Academy’s acclaimed Cordon Bleu Diploma course.

Whilst working at The Restaurant in Woking, the graduates will be take their training to the next level by studying for a Hospitality Management qualification through a workplace based programme. For its guests, this means world-class cooking and service, in an informal yet stylish environment.
