Claire Alexander-Brown
Claire will be demonstating in the Tante Marie Culinary Academy Theatre on all three days of the festival, alongside her Tante Marie colleagues. She will be preparing: Honeyed nut tart with poached pear, fennel and pear macaron.
After a short break to have her beautiful daughter, Claire has returned to work with a renewed zest for cooking. Her vast knowledge of the culinary arts and relentlessly high standards, together with her exuberance and passion for cooking, inspire and encourage all of Tante Marie’s students to strive to be the very best.
When passion and skills meet, something extraordinary can happen and Claire is the lady to demonstrate this. She has extensive experience in recipe development, food styling and cake decorating as well as being naturally artistic.
Claire is Tante Marie’s chief inspirer, master of creativity and is generally responsible for making sure all the staff and students are cooking fabulous food with lots of love!
