Steve will be demonstating in the Tante Marie Culinary Academy Theatre at 4pm on Saturday 5 September. On the menu will be: lobster ravioli and bisque with a saffron velouté.

Steve has many years’ experience working at Michelin star and AA Rosette rated restaurants, including working with Michael Wignall at The Latymer restaurant at Pennyhill Park and Spa in Bagshot, Surrey.
He has also been the Head Chef for private events held by Simon Cowell who has introduced him to many of his showbiz friends and colleagues. Steve’s ‘culinary A-list’ includes many celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, Take That and Katy Perry.
